Another update, working on closet, bath and fridge area. Balloon framing with hillbilly engineering! LOL

I did make changes after this and moved fridge back to get a little more room in galley.

I am trying to keep some original pieces throughout the coach, I kept the closet module out of necessity because I am not the best carpenter lol, in previous pictures you see the original medicine cabinet and storage below sink, I am using both the original doors also, not sure how the closet door latched so made my own solution out of aluminum angle and it works great.

As stated above I decided to move the fridge back to get that little bit of extra room in the galley so here is the pictures of that framing, the removal of the bath module also left me extra room for entry cabinet.

That's looking real nice! When are you planning to have it all wrapped up and back on the road?
LOL, I told the wife when we bought it, at least 2 years, in August it will be 4 years. We have been using it the last 2 years, we drove it to 2023 GMCMI in Michigan and it was completely empty, weighed in at 7,500 lbs. We have several trips planned this year but nothing over a couple hundred miles each way. Hope to have her 95% by next summer.

Repainted my Onan switch cover and factory montor black then used some silver "1 shot" to paint the raised areas.

Have not decided what we are going to do for countertops yet but we needed something for this summer, made a vanity top out of plywood and will probably just paint and maybe epoxy. Once I get the galley cabinets made we will figure out what we are going to do.

A very good option is Dupont Corian. It comes in 1/4" and 1/2" thickness but not for all colors. I have already fabricated some components for my coach from it. image.webp
You could laminate this directly to the plywood countertop. That is what I am going to do.
You could cut food with a knife on the counter without damaging it and the color is throughout so you could just sand out any blemish.
THe Dupont Corian adhesive filler perfectly matches the matter and all joints disappear.
By the way the official name for the original "yellow" exterior body paint is also cameo white.

That piece is sort of up side down on the wall behind the passenger seat.
