I just figured out what you mean by osa. Carl calls it OAT. Apparently it is “outside air” and “outside air temperature”.
I always refer to it as “ambient air temperature”.
Anyway I agree with you that the pressure in the system could be 30 psi if the ambient temperature is 108.
But it...
Roy
Unless you indicate what engine ROM and the ambient temperature your statement that 20 psi would be undercharged could be misleading.
Several of us that have installed many, many systems with Duracool over many years commonly use 20 psi at 1500 RPM at ambient temperatures below 85 degrees...

Here is something I posted years ago. It might help you.
this info is for the 1977 and 1978 models.
The delay relay is the smaller relay at the very top of the panel. It has two leads - on mine they are brown and yellow and one has a male and the other a female terminal at the end of...

The 73 to 76 used eyes attached to the ceiling and the bunk straps had hooks that fit into them.
For 77-78 they used a recessed plate in the ceiling with an internal hook and the bunk supporting straps had a loop in the end that fit over the hook.

Carl.
Check your low pressure on a cooler day.
When it’s 75 to 80 outside I would suggest filling it to about 20 psi with the air conditioner on high and RPM about 1500.
If it’s set at 20 psi then on a hotter day it will probably read 25 psi or higher, so your 30 psi, even though it seems...
Amazing how some are reluctant to spend a few dollars which might prevent a total motorhome loss in the future if a small piece of rubber should fail.

I assume you replaced the rubber sections with steel.
I wouldn’t use any rubber in either transmission or fuel lines. If the rubber cracks and sprays transmission fluid on a hot exhaust it will burn about as fast as gasoline.

Forgot to ask what the a/c vent unit fan motor grounding has to do with the radiator? There isn’t an electrical connection to the radiator that I know of.

The radiator is already grounded through the steel transmission lines. That should provide enough ground to the engine block.

I replaced my TC 40 with a Xantrex TC2 40 amp a couple of years ago. I bought it on Amazon.
I also have the remote panel and the battery temperature sensor. Be aware that there was an earlier version that some companies are still selling. The control panel for the earlier version is not...

There is sometimes an easy fix for this especially when putting on another starter. I have done this for a couple of people and solved their problem.
Sometimes the starter gear will not release properly from the ring gear. This sounds like your problem. If you put a couple of thin washers...
Definitely go with the new one. It will come with a warranty and will cool better.
I put in an aluminum one 2 years ago and it works great.
You should also put on new hoses.

Not sure if this applies to a 1973, but a good place to pick up a battery with key on is on the driver’s side of the heater box. The yellow lead going to the blower motor resistors.
On the later models many of us have cut this yellow wire to eliminate the blower from blowing all the time.

If there is a metal piece behind the fiberglass then longer screws might work. Otherwise use large pop rivets.

Some have said that it is Aluminum. Mondello’s material was actually a zinc alloy.
Several years back I had bought it and filled mine but they didn’t tell me to use the stainless steel block off plates.
I found that the exhaust heat had melted about 1/2” of the fill. No engine damage but I added...
