I would check the ball joints. I had a 82 Dodge Ram that
would act like that when I hit a bump in the road. I
let it go a couple weeks, Driving down 59 in Pontiac,Mi
it broke, Ran across two lanes of oncoming traffic and
into a ditch..BUMMER! Lost total control. Check the ball
joint, And I wouldnt drive on it till it was checked!
