I would like to do that. The projector has been at Jim Bounds shop for
quite a while. He thought he could rewire the rodent damage but couldn't
manage it without a schematic. The only other solution would be to copy
them in VHS. The problem here is getting audio in synch with the film.
The tapes are rather odd; they are on 35mm film strips with a regular
audio cassette tape combined in a special cartridge. Bill Bryant has been
working to convert another film cartridge type to VHS and has experienced
difficulty.
If some club wants to come forward and underwrite the conversion costs (I
have no idea at this point what they would be) I would be willing to
share the media with them.
