I am looking forward to letting my SIL machine a new set of rear rotors for
my TSM disc conversion. I would like to confirm my search findings. I found
one place where it is described as a 3.9 id.
Too big me thinks.
3.09 got a mention as well. Correct?
Thank you for your opinions!

hi russel
i am just doing this as we speak this document mentions on pg 3 3.875inches http://www.bdub.net/Brakes3x1.pdf i believe my PO was one of the first to
install eldorado rear brakes i have just measured the spare disc that came with the coach my calipers said 3.862 so i assume the 3.875 is correct

So, Trevor
When did your po install those calipers?
I installed the TSM system many years ago with Cadillac calipers but I removed them within a year because I couldn’t keep them in adjustment.
I took off the TSM system when I installed Lenzi’s system on my mid axle.
I can measure the TSM disks if you would like. I also have records that show what GM vehicle they came from.

On the parking brake caliper they require a pad that has a short stem that
prevents the piston from rotating when the parking brake is applied.
Also the only way one can keep them adjusted is to use the parking lever
frequently as that action adjusts them.

Emery thanks
but i think i have all the info i need
i am unsure of when Bobby installed this system but i found this article in a google search
so i assume prior to 1998 http://www.henry-davis.com/GMC/Sandy/discbrake.htm
this system he put on has long changed
originally i believe bobby put on 4 eldroado calipers and discs connected
to a electric seat actuator mounted in front of the fuel tanks that was
controlled by a switch in the wall beside the drivers seat
when he passed the coach was sold to a guy called Chester
in indiana who replaced the calipers with standard 80mm calipers
we then purchased the coach from Chester and shipped to Australia.
here we had to have a working handbrake so i swapped out the rear discs
for a set of drums and installed an original handbrake lever to actuate the drums.
on our last trip one caliper dragged and scoured up the disc.
i have since measured all of the discs and they are below the wear limits
so i have ordered new eldorado discs from rock auto. i will machine these myself
using the discs currently on the coach and the document posted earlier for reference

i believe that i will need to enlarge the hub hole which will be different for the fronts compared to the back I
I also have a spare disc that came with the coach but it too is on the limit of wear at 1.170 inches
