OOOO, you have it on slide outs. Mine is fixed on account of I didn't get slides or housing with it. Ours lives in the garage with stuff piled on it. The top shelf sits on pins and comes off. Or completely change the generator design so that the armature was the field winding.
I edited to add that you could use a 120 to 240V transformer. For you application, one sized to power your well pump might not be too big, but may be rare and expensive even used. I don't know pricing on large transformers as I was an electronics guy.I don't know, that is why I'm asking. I am on well water and need 220v for the pump.

OOOH, big bucks. My well is 210ft with pump set at 195ft. That is pushing water up a long way so needs a powerful pump at 220v. But, a good thought. I'll look into it.It would be easier to swap out your well pump with a lower flow 120V pump next time you replace it
