Yes, there is a fantastic swap option for Koito lights which normally cost a ton. They give a factory look, but allow you to swap in H4 bulbs I believe, and even come with a complete wiring/relay kit to deliver full voltage to the bulbs without putting a strain on the old, decrepit headlight switches. It's really a great option. I think Toyota is just offering them at a discounted rate to help folks upgrade their old Land Cruisers and whatnot.
