I have never had the kind of service from fred that you are describing and
can not account for your personal experience. He has always given me
efficient, courteous service. I have ordered quite a few OTC927's from him
and as far as I know all of them have been delivered within a short period
of time. Ordered another OTC927 and OTC7453 from him last week and had them
within 3 days.
I am sure that you can get the OTC927 puller from other sources and maybe
you should. But lets talk about the downside. I have set this up with Fred
to supply the OTC 927 puller as part of the front bearing puller that I am
making. I am offering these pullers to anyone that needs them, at a very
low cost plus shipping. I would hate to see this reliable supply dry up
because of other competing sources of supply.
To eliminate this problem of people not being able to obtain the puller when
they need it I will do the following. From today on I will only supply the
bearing puller as a complete set so that these problems will be eliminated.
The complete set will therefore cost $190 for the puller and OTC927.
No one can get them any faster than Fred can since he is At 09:26 PM
