I know Pilots Point well. I worked as Controller of Derecktor's Shipyard in
Mamaroneck, NY for 5 years and they were our big competitor. I work in Stamford
and live in Wilton, CT. The furnace in ours is working but doesn't seem to have
the oomph my frigid (Thermally speaking!) wife wants. She actually wears furry
slippers to bed in August with no aircontitioning! Haven't had a chance to try
our coach out as it is still under renovations but I am anticipating the need to
replace the furnace. This unit you used is really nice. May be on the shopping
list for next winter.
