If I may give you one more piece of advise, regarding the reason for the crack in your window?
I was sure that mine had been caused bij the twisting of the frame during setting up on the hydraulic stabilizers, regardless how careful I always had been with the setting-up procedure, and always extended the jacks in pairs.
I changed my mind after I had prepared the access for window-man, and had removed some of the fiberglass front under the windscreen. There was rust visible, just in the areas where the 2 cracks had started. When the old window was removed, some
more rust came to light, (as it always does).
The (mobile) glass setter agreed to give some time for the repair.
So I removed that part of the bad area, and manufactured a matching piece and welded that in place. Problem solved.
Here the glass had not been removed yet
Another spot, als on the lower edge after the glass was out.
