Very few will rent for Burning Man!
I rented an MH the week of Burning Man and each place I talked to told me
I better not be going there because they do not rent for that.
Could you rent for $3900 a year and keep the MH in good enough condition to
run for less than 500 miles and last a week? Would there be any profit left?
As for insurance, most rentals need to get a waiver from your car insurance
company for full coverage on a motor home for the few days you are renting.
Most insurance companies will do that for free if you already have full
coverage. The problem would be they would probably want to settle for
bluebook price rather than the stated value.
