I just installed a Fantastic Model 6000 (their top-of-the-line) fan two
months ago. Everything works straight out of the box.

Emery... re FanTastic Fan
Glad to hear there are still companies around that treat customers like
that... The fact that you took the time to 'pass it on' says companies
may be more encouraged to do things like that, if they get credit for
doing so. The net can amplify and propagate both the good and the bad
that companies do. So lets continue foster the behavior we want...

One question on the particular unit you have... I have heard that they
changed the wiring so that one of the sensors doesn't work now as shipped
from the factory. If anyone asks about that feature, they send
instructions on how to change a few wires around and get the feature
back. What's up with that? Do you or anyone know?. (Could it be too
many drained batteries in coaches that are closed up for weeks at a time
or coaches that get hot enough to start the fan and open in rain storms)
