Right after I bought my GMC, I went to Camping World and
bought a few things. At the time of the purchase I signed up
for their "President's Club". It seemed like a good deal at the time,
however I have since found out that you can buy stuff at other RV
places cheaper and without sales tax.
My "President's Club" membership is about to expire. I wonder
if I should bother with it.
I keep getting junk mail from them trying to get me to renew. As an
incentive they keep offering me free tool kits and hats. Their latest
mailer suggests that if I don't sign up now, the price of membership
will go up 33%! All this so I can be one of their customers?
They can keep their $.39 tools and hats. I'm tired of getting this
junk mail.
I can't think of any big ticket item that I would buy from them
any time soon. Holding tank deodorant etc. I can get anyplace.
I just want a good deal. What do you guys/gals think of the
"President's Club?" Is it a good thing, or should I pass on it this
time?
