403 passenger side exhaust manifold needed in midwest

I am not sure of a source for a used one... but if a new one is an option, Cinnabar should have them (in Michigan) complete with the copper gaskets.

Not the same as a 455. Jim- good to know, but shipping at this point will take too long. Was hoping to find one within a days drive of des moines,
or we have a company in midwest that can ship about anything in 5 state area overnight for $5.

He is not stranded, just does not want to cancel his weekend plans.

Windy Hill Auto Parts in New London, Mn is showing they have one for a 1077 Toronado, their stock #42317.

Parts are what they are. When you figure what it costs to make the mold
patterns, then set up the molds, melt the iron and pour it, flash it,
machine the threads, and gasket surfaces, distribute it, store it, pay
overhead costs on it for 35 years, it seems cheap at twice the price. The
fact that it is even still in stock is amazing to me. But, there is still
headers from several sources available. Bet they don't exactly match up
with your exhaust flanges, though. So there is another delay and expense.
Week end is looking closer all the time.

G'day,

I do a search for GMC's and parts daily and over the years have built up a nice group of spares at a reasonable cost. When I can no
longer drive my GMC I'll sell them and make a few bucks.

Sorry I can't help out with the manifold, but "lqqkatjon" can you tell me more about the company in the midwest that can ship about anything in a 5
state area overnight for $5?

That http://www.speedeedelivery.com/ service sounds great. I'd love to find a similar service that includes Oklahoma & Texas. Thanks for the info.

Hope a 403 manifold turns up for the midwest member in time for their trip.
