Dave,
Zinc air batteries are what I have been using in my hearing aid. Evidently,
the idea is progressing to a larger size. Don't know if it's the hearing
aid or the batteries but after I changed hearing aids to a new model that
uses Zinc airs, rather than conventional ones, they seem to last forever in
comparison.

Seems to me they have been used in hearing aids for a while. I wonder
how many hearing aid batteries it would take to supply a GMC's needs?
