Last year I bought a boat prop direct from it's Canadian manufacturer for
about $700.
The firm apologized for having to charge me around $50 for the NAFTA related
fees.
I'm still trying to recognize how this important difference between tariff
and fee relates to my bank account.
Until I'm more enlightened, I'm calling it the North American NOT SO FREE
Trade Agreement.
