Y2K bug exist in win98/95/NT

Hi All,

There is a bug in the windows 95/98 DEFAULTS that will
cause all applications not to roll over properly to the year 2000.
The fix is easy - do the following:>

> > Check your computers to make sure the date is set correctly.
