I'm getting ready to replace my fan clutch. I had been considering the Hayden
due to the fact it is about $60. On the other hand, if it's not going to last
very long, maybe I should pop for the GM version at more then twice the price
and get one that lasts?

Are the Hayden clutches really failing?

Actually I still am not certain that my clutch has actually failed. I can hear
it for about 5 minutes upon engine startup, but that's the last time I hear it
even in hot weather.
