Ken Burton has made arrangements for a Windshield Clinic at the Convention
in Elkhart, Indiana. Pre-arrangements are necessary via email only. Please

This is the same group of windshield guys (Preferred Glass) that we have used at many GMCMI Midwestern rallies in past years.

Installations will be done on Saturday and Sunday Sept 16 and Sept 17. We will have room for 20 maximum. Six slots are already taken and we are just
now announcing this. So please do not wait until the rally hoping to get in. These late requests happen at almost every rally and they seldom get
in.

Please respond to me by EMAIL (n9cv at comcast dot net). I will be out of town and if you phone me and leave a message I will not hear your request
until I return. Also I do not hear well and usually I can not understand voice messages left for me. IF you need to talk to me, send me an email and
I'll call you back.

OK here is what I need if you want in:

1. Windshield location(s) (left, right or both)
2. Full Name as you want it on the receipt.
3. Address to be used on the receipt.
4. Day time phone number in case Preferred Glass needs to contact you prior to the rally.
5. Cell phone number if you will have one at the rally.
6. Coach year and model to be used on the receipt.
7. VIN number if you want it to appear on your receipt.
8. email address.
