Anybody know where I can get the two fingered window lock that goes on the rear
side window? It's just the standard latching mechanism that mounts in the two
holes drilled in the sliding portion of the window. I believe it is the same
latch on every window in the GMC, even the little front sliding windows next to
the driver and front passenger. BTW, mine is a 1973 Sequioa 260.

Thanks.

Eric,

Check with Jims Bounds at the Co-op. If he doesn't have them, he will tell
you who does.

Emery,
I hate the OEM latches. It sounds like the Hehr latches are an easy
retrofit. If so, where did you get yours?

It turns out that Hehr is located not far from me. In Chesaning, MI. Their
website is

http://three.tbojobs.com/hehrinternational/nsPS01.htm

They don't seem to sell anything on the web.

So I'll see what I can come up with.

I found this in the archieves:

I couldn't find any reference in the archives for a better deal. Maybe someone
else
will remember.

Thanks for the info.
