Now that I have the heads off and in need of a pass manifold. I think it is
the right time to put on headers. Do I have to change anything or not? I
guess everyone goes to them because of better gas milage. Where is a good
place to get them and what brand? Please talk me into them or out. If out of
them I need pass manifold. Any help in this would be helpful.
Thanks Bryan

Bryan,

Sorry to hear about your bent valve. There was an extensive headers vs.
stock manifolds debate on GMCnet a couple of months ago. I can't find
anything on headers in my "archives", maybe someone could e-mail you the
"highlights". My coach came with Doug Thorley headers.
Gateway Motorhome Company (1-800-654-0374) lists headers for $388.00, Jack
McHaney (1-830-589-2431)
offers headers and installation kits on the GMCMI website. If you decide to
get headers, you should have them ceramic coated
http://swaintech.com/header.html ) to keep engine compartment temperatures
as low as possible. Sorry, that's all I remember!

Good luck,
