Trying to remember if the 16" GM pickup wheels fit the Motor home. Can't
find the info. If any one can help I would appreciate it. I got a good
price quoted and would like to know if they will work. These are the
factory GM truck wheels not after market. So to speak. What mods have to
be done. I seem to recall that the calipers have to be ground down some
for clearances. Darren

Darren,
The 16" wheel were tried by someone here on the net earlier in the year,
but there were several problems on why they wouldn't work. It might be
beneficial to go back into the archives and review those comments.

Darren,

We tried & are still interested in finding a 16" rim to fit. The ones we
found had a bell shape that would not clear the brake caliper without
modification and you know how I feel about that! The rim flexes and having
clearance thichness of 3 sheets of notebook paper is not enough.

I'm still looking and am interested in finding one, keep looking.
