I got a quote from a local tire dealer - Discount Tire Co.. in San Antonio,
Texas 210 967-9884 - Rick Henefield, Assistant Manager, of $125.99 each.
That is before sales tax and fob his store. Hope that helps.
Tire size 225/75 R16 is as close to the 8.75-16.5s. Get a load range E.
Load range D is marginal. I use the Goodyear Unisteel G159 tires. They are
about $10 a tire more than Michelin XPS but they say they will ride better.
I just got through unloading 7 new tires and wheels into the garage 10
minutes ago. I have the exhaust system off of the GMC so will have to get
it fixed before I take it down to have the tires installed.
