Seeing Thomas G. Varner's recent post re: wheel covers for his 16.5" wheels
prompt me to mention an alternative. When we bought our '76 Royale last
fall, it had some light weight (very easily dented) aluminum wheel covers.
We wanted to improve the wheel appearance to go with our new paint job, but
the tires were good and my budget was tight, so starting over with new
tires and Alcoas was out.
I had had SST wheel liners on previous motor homes, and thought they might
be a good alternative. But our GMC motor homes need 6 FRONT wheel liners,
and they're sold in sets of 4 (2 front & 2 rear). After much shopping
around, I found a supplier who agreed to sell just the front wheel liners.
I went for it, and they look great!
$300.00 + $25 shipping to CA (no tax) for 6 liners with lug covers etc.

Just another option.
