Wheel Center Caps?

I have a wheel center cap that is ugly. I have been trying to find a replacement. I only really need one and the shipping from Newark would be a
stopper. I would like to have it before Elkhart.

Does anybody have a supplier and part number. The local NAPA warehouse can't find it in their catalogs. (But the guy that knew things retired last
year.)

Thanks.

What kind of wheel? I assume Alcoa.

I just topped off the refrigerant in my Blazer and fixed a flat on my zero turn mower. Things never quit breaking around here.

Now to go to the airport and work on the GMC to get it ready to go to Blaine's next week.

No Ken, not Alcoa or any alloy. (Don't I wish.) These go over the axle nut in the front and the actual bearing cap in the rear. They push into the
OE iron of the hubs.

Matt,

I seem to recall someone saying there's a Ford part that fits.
Look in the parts interchange to check that.

All the caps listed in the previous reply are the 2 1/2” inner caps that fit the rear hubs. What Matt wants if the larger outer cap that was available and fit over the rear inner cap and the big nut on the front. Gary is correct that they were a FORD part number and they were also chrome plated and much heavier in construction and I ran them on the 77 Eleganza II. They were a little over 4” in Diameter. These fit on the hub and not the wheel. They have not been available from FORD for a long time and I have not found any similar replacements. Jim K does not list it on his website. I know that Matt is looking for one of this size cover and it will have to be a used one from someone that might have taken them off and never reinstalled them. The set that I had had gotten rusty and I ended up using the kind shown in this picture on the 77 coach.

I use the Alex Sirum Aluminum Covers that fit on the wheel and held on by the lug nuts on the Stretch coach.

They are available from Alex or Jim K

I would suggest calling Alex S, Jim B, Jim K even Tom Hampton to see if they might have one laying around.

To my GMC Family,

I want to thank all that responded.
I got two off web messages from people that have some available. Hopefully I get at least one delivered to the GMCES Work Rally at Blain's.
I was also informed that Sirum may have a box of them taken off when Alcoas were mounted. I will contact them in due time. Right now I want to
protect the axle nut from road grime.

Thank you all

Matt - Chaumière is waiting for me to torque the axle nuts she she can move again.
