Rob. I found 2 basic Fantastic fans for $124 each. If I could expect to get over $35,000 to $40,000 for this GMC when completed. And was a Royale. Then I would put the best MAXX fans in at $390 each. I'm going to sell this GMC in the $20,000, to $25,000 range. All new appliances, Roof A/C, frig, furnace, cook top,12V converter, all seats/cushions redone, entire interior taken out to be redone down to the last board, head liner, carpet, walnut wall paneling, all LED lighting controlled by wall switches, exhaust, all brake/wheel bearings, 78 rear suspention, timing chain, tires/rims, new Howell EFI, gas tanks, fuel lines, 2 fuel pumps, rear disc brakes, and it has a decent paint job. This list is only the bigger items. Go find a GMC like this in that price range. As to labor. I like building things. Now I need to be looking for a buyer. Bob Dunahugh

Yes Rob. I agree that the Maxx fan is a great unit. We put one in our 78 Royale that we travel in now. Got all their bells/whistles they offered on their fan. Cost has never played into what we put in that Royale. And have now got to about $41,000 in parts only in it. Like to put a MAXX Fan in this GMC that I'm putting together. But it comes down to cost on that GMC. And I've already gone overboard on it's cost. We will never use that GMC. I want to sell it before the Fall GMCMI event in Iowa. Bob Dunahugh

You not comparig the correct models and each one has 4 models.
There is not that wide of a margin between the two uits.
