It varies a lot depending on net traffic and how busy the server at
mailinglists.org is. Seems like this is always a problem the first two or
three months of the year. My guess is that a lot of people get new
computers for Christmas and net traffic jumps up. After a few months,
either the new wears off or the net gets upgraded to handle the additional
traffic.
