Water pump pulley needed

Well, I totally misunderstood what it was he has there. You are correct, the clutch is bolted directly against the pulley so no or very minimal
torque should be transmitted by the shaft to the clutch. Something out of balance might be transferred. Also any side load or weight of the clutch
and fan cold but that should be normal.

I drove over 2,000 miles with the new electronic control on my 403 with the
4.10 LSD gears turnin on and of at rpm over 3200 .
It does not slam on like most think, but comes on graduale .
From what I heard, the shaft showed blue coler indicating a hot bearing.
This Kit was developed with more care and concern than lot of you think.
When I see BoBat this convention, I will find out and tell.

Matt,

Thanks!

My problem was that the only time I've ever heard the word "sheaves" was in the hymn, "Bringing in the Sheaves."

I didn't know that it also can refer to a pulley. I hadn't thought to Google it until I read your response below.

Rob,

Apart from the possible change in the horsepower load of FEAD (Front Engine Accessory Drive) the only load on the water pump shaft
is the pumping
load. As this fan is actually better balanced than the original (at least mine sure was/is) so that just is not likely to be any
issue. The sheaves
and the fan adapter are all fastened to the water pump drive flange.
