Anyone remember off-hand how much heater hose I need to replace those
running to my 23's water heater? Is it 5/8" ID, isn't it? I was showing
the coach, on its pit, to a neighbor a while ago and found both hoses
dripping. They're long overdue for replacement. :-(

On my 26’ I seem to recall using a 50 foot length of 5/8 and a shorter piece of 3/4” to replace all my hoses including the ones back to the water heater.

I think perhaps Bruce Hart would know the exact amount.

Thanks, Emery. I'll probably have time to pull them all to measure before
buying, but mail order may be significantly cheaper if I know how much to
buy.

Ken,

Lots of years ago, I asked that question here and was advised to buy the 50' box. I did, my coach had none when I got it.

When I was done, I had about 5 feet left. The bulk price on buying the box was well worth it.

Ours is a side bath GMC fit coach if that matters, I don't know where your water heater is, but mine is over the rear most right tire.

Even with your 23’ it will likely take 40’ so its probably going to be cheaper to buy a 50’ piece.
You can even get it through Amazon. Get a quality hose.

Ken,

When I did my 26' a while back, I used almost all of a 50' box of 5/8" like the other guys said, plus about 6 - 8' of 3/4"
