I hooked up My waterhose to the regulator,
hooked it to the water inlet bib on the
GMC. My tanks still out. Water flows from the
cold water faucets and shower. However, It also
flows from a drain over the right rear wheel.
Whats going on????? Flows with all faucets on
or off.
No water leaking around watertank.

I think you will find this to be an overflow as my 78 kingsley does the
same thing when i am filling the water tank to the top

Sounds like you have your drain valve open on the water heater. Reach in
under the heater the turn the valve off. It may hard to turn so be careful
that you turn it the right way.
