Waiting for the Brown Truck

A word of caution for all of you getting stuff via UPS. I just received a
new lawnmower engine (smaller than a 455) that came in a damaged box that I
did not notice untill after the truck left. After opening the box I found
that the engine was damaged. The seller says "they are not responsible for
UPS negligence". UPS is coming out to see if it was packaged properly.
This could get message. MORAL of Story: Look those packages over very
carefully before you accept them.

Certainly you don't really think your friendly UPS driver is going to hang
around while you open up and inspect your package???

They've got a very hectic schedule and route to complete if they want to go
home from work any time soon!!!

That's what my son-in-law tells me.
