The GMC was first registered with GMC Motorhomes International back in 2006 by its owner at that time:
Don Shoffelt of Escondido, CA
He reported the mileage at that time as 128,822, It look like he sold it in about 2014.
You might check with Billy Massey who is currently running the GMC Registry to see if he has any additional information.

Forgot to say that it is an Eleganza II 1977 with floor layout 26-3.

Unfortunately there really is not anything like Carfax for GMC TZE Motorhomes. The best you can hope for is that the current owner has a pile of
receipts for any work that has been done. When we bought our current GMC we got a pile of receipts that came from the second and third owners. The
second owner had it for 28 years the third 9 years.
From that VIN I can tell you it was manufactured in November of 1976 since it is 7 units after my current GMC and it was most likely on the production
line at the same time as mine.
Your best bet is to have some knowledgeable GMC owner from that area take a look at it. Well cared for coaches are obvious when you have owned one for
a while.
