Probably true, Sully. The big questions are who and where. I suspect Amazon will have to deliver items ordered at the posted price until they publish an actual retraction.

Thank you for posting this. Got Viair coming for 87.14.
Sometimes Amazon has sales like this. Last week I got Delco 18A1 rotors for 18.33 shipped. These will go on our fronts after redrilling and opening up
the center hole. Also some of us run them on the back with discs and D52 calipers. I've paid up to $36 for the same and had to wait. Right now they
are 25.58. Who knows why.

I ordered one of these on Friday for $87.14 and so far it's status is "Preparing for Shipment" and will be "Arriving Oct 28 - Nov 2". We shall see.
So far everything I've ever ordered with Amazon Prime has always come to me when I see that status and confirming email.

I really don't need one of these, but at that price I'll figure out a way to use it around here.

The $87 price should not be an impossibility, as I got a Craftsman 3 gallon of similar design for $79 back in 2011, but it runs on 110V. I keep it in
the coach as my supply of a larger quantity of air or in case the Dana breaks down. I need a belt for the spare Dana I carry, but shipping from Jim
($21)is more than twice the price of the belt 8o (which was only $6 the first time I checked a year or so ago and is now $9.95). Belt price doesn't
bother me, but shipping a little belt should be $7 or less including the padded envelope. Guess I will wait until I visit his shop to get one. I
definitely look forward to seeing his facility out there.

I ordered one of these Viair setups on Friday also, and got the confirmation from Amazon Prime, but it seems that Jon is the only one that got a
shipping confirmation so far. Hope I'm not jinxing the deal by writing this, or maybe we will all get salesmen's samples (models)or key fobs like

So now with foot firmly inserted in mouth I see that the shipping for the gaskets is not half the price of the gaskets, which is what shows up at
first and is quite a shock compared to the lower price available in the drop down box. As the page says, the shipping quote may be erroneous. Time to
order the gaskets and belt! :)

I have not uncrossed my fingers or let go of my rabbits foot since friday, and will not do so until that Vlair is sitting in my garage.

My amazon order jumped from "processing" to "shipped" and it has a tracking number associated with it. So hopefully that is a good sign for all.

I did have another in my shopping cart over the weekend, that i clicked on late friday after someone posted late they got an order in. I have two
friends locally that could of put this deal to use, but I did not want to jeopardize my order at all that did not ship yet, by adding a second or
third. That did get yanked out of my shopping cart this morning, and price got jacked up to regular price this morning. about an hour prior to my
order being shipped and still showing the $87 price.
