Guys,

Just surfing around yesterday on Amazon looking a Viair compressors. Next spring I want to replace the original compressor and possibly add a large
air tank. Was not planning to buy one now until I found this 480C mounted on a 2 gallon tank, needless to say I bought it. I don't think I'll use the
tank it comes with it at this point, just the compressor but check out the price I paid!

Dang you Jon! That just cost me.

I do not know why you would not just mount that whole thing in the coach. It looks to be all complete. I did not buy it for my GMC, as i think I
am good with the vlair I have in there now. But for that price, I just could not pass it up. I will make it into a portable unit.

Not sure why but when I just search Amazon it came up at $287, but somehow the link that Jon posted came up $87.14!?! My guess is the seller goofed up his ad and scrambled to correct it.

My order was accepted this morning and I received notice my credit card was charged.
But I do wonder if this was an error and they will notify us of same and cancel the order.

Just ordered one at the $87 price.

The vendor that has this price is 4 Wheel Online.

I bet this a pricing error.

On their website they have the 280C version @ $199

Being that they ship from their site (not FBA) they can cancel these orders.

Though it will mess up their rating/ranking!

Just refreshed Amazon and the price is back up to $286, and 4 Wheel Online is not in the vendor list.

That's definitely an error on their part. Or they are just liquidating inventory. It's also way below Viair MAP, so they will lose their dealer status
at viair if anyone catches on.
Maybe they will honor it but I'll be surprised.
That's waaaay less than even the wholesale cost on that unit, or the compressor only even.
