Value of 455 block?

I have a chance to get a 455 block, mileage unknown but in good shape, with pan,
crank, rods and pistons but without the heads or other accessories. Any idea what
something like that is worth?

If I can get for less than the going rate, I might be interested in having it
around just in case.......
On the other hand, I have a lot of stuff "just in case" and I don't need any more.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
