Vacuum question - Howell TBI

The vacuum level will very greatly from engine to engine due to cams, heads,
manifold set up and carbueretor and other engine modifications and leaks.
Unless you know that the two engines have the same cam and similar manifold
setups. An aggressive RV cam will give very different readings. At least
that's what I have been told. Perhaps Tom or the other engine people would have
some input.

a really aggressive cam may give you virtually no vacuum at all, due to the
radical valve overlap. Thats why Mondello sells a self contained vacuum
system for the olds 455.
