I have a vacuum pump that I picked up at the last GMCMI event in Ohio. Were are people mounting them. Just don't tell me the best location is were I just put my remote air filter. That project came out great. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale

FWIW, Here's where I put mine. The rest of the pics in the album are of how I did it.
No pics yet, but I mounted the GM pump on a steel plate and bolted it to the top of the crossmember in front of the radiator, at the drivers side.
Makes for a short hose to the reservoir clamped to that crossmember.

You did not say which pump you have in hand, but I mounted my JC4 vacuum pump on Ken's wonderful electric wiper mount. Fit like it was designed for
that location.
