Thanks for the info!!

> I just battled this. They're 3/16".
> Problem is everything in the parts stores are metric, I think around 5mm.
> I found 3/16 clear hose in the hardware store while I waited for my online 3/16" order to arrive.
> Clear seemed to work OK, not sure how they hold up to heat.
> There's a larger size I haven't tackled yet but I expect the same.
> Although the larger hoses might have mm that fits.

Vacuum hoses are measured in /32" and are designed to avoid collapse.
Learned this when I replaced my brake booster vacuum hose with non vacuum line. Drove for years afterwards wondering why my power assist braking would
fade so rapidly. HOSE WAS COLLAPSING. Resolved with fitting proper sized non collapsible vacuum hose.

What size hose did you use for the booster vacuum assist line?

The same thing can happen with the new fuel hoses. They are designed for pressure not for being under vacuum and they have been found to collapse
causing Vapor lock symptoms.
