Mark - really not even necessary to fashion a bracket. You can
easily hang it from the existing bracket behind the driver's side
front door. The pump is supposed to hang with the drip hole down so
that any water or condensation will drip out and not stay in the pump
to corrode it. You can see my mounting place on my photopoint site

You just drill three holes into the bottom of the bracket. I believe
that I used a longer bolt on the front hole with some washers as
spacers to hand the pump level. It helps to drill one hole and mount
the pump and then mark the other two holes, remove the pump and then
drill the other two holes. Drilling them slightly overside for the
bolt will make it easier to line things up.
