still hearing the ideas of switching to the cad engine. Look carefully
before you jump. the olds is a vastly superior engine. The block is made
out of a different material and much harder and long lasting.

When looking at torque and horse power ratings be sure they are at the same
RPM. OLds 455 is tough to beat and a real stump puller

Could you please post contact info for Rance Baxter and part numbers/prices
for the parts you acquired from him. I am pretty happy with my 1-1/8" brake
cylinder upgrade but I am still thinking about going to disk brakes when it
comes time to replace the brakes.
