This is not the sort of thing we like to hear about but it has happened
again. This is from a club member who lives in Indiana most of the year.

snip..............
For the first time in 22 years we were
turned away from a campground. Pelican Lake between Naples and Marco
Island, FL would
not let us in this year. We stayed there last year. I guess our coach
has
gotten too old. They said it was not a 26 ft. class A. Anyway we just
made
our 27th trip to Florida in our GMC. By the way Pelican Lake did us a
favor. We went about half a mile and stayed at a nice mobile home park
for
$20 a night less.

snip..........

Now I have heard it all. Dave Greenberg with over 600,000 miles on his GMC
and a sure candidate for the Guiness book of records, turned down because of
age? Was it you or the coach that was to old Dave?

As I said in the original note, it wasn't me,or my coach, I wouldn't have
left so easily. A word to the wise, guys and gals; Don't tell them the
year of your GMC. They probably wouldn't be able to guess.

Is it, Dave?

Is it a 26 or a 23 Dave?

After we let loose with the cruise missles and started with the BDA they
are waving a yellow flag saying their condo owners ruled out anything
under 26 feet, Are we going to have to carry sales invoices around with
us? This sounds like someone reneiging on a 26 foot boat purchase after
the got their tape measure out and 'discovered' they had been cheated by
3 inches.
