PMFJI, but an "umbrella"(more properly known as Personal Excess Liability or
PEL policy) is usually a separate policy that covers personal liability
only(note the "personal" - any "commercial" or business activities will
likely be excluded) excess of any other personal liability coverage(auto,
homeowners, marine and sometimes even aircraft

I realize your tongue is firmly planted in cheek here, but for those in the
group that might be "humor-impaired", it's difficult to give absolute
answers when you have none of the details. Insurance, just like Law, varies
by the jurisdiction and the circumstances.
