Two different spindles on the back of my 77 PB

Following up on my post from last summer about my rear left and right spindles had different size threads.

I found this Recall Notice from 1974 which includes replacement spindles. It said the recall was to install larger outer wheel bearings, but both
sides had the same outer wheel bearing. All seems to fit fine except the size of the stud for the retaining nut. One side being 7/8" and the other
3/4"

I did get some washers that should fit the 3/4" side. The outer diameter is smaller though.

Anyone see any issue with continuing to use this smaller stud spindle?
