Well, actually two trips, both without coach troubles. To Chattanooga and back for a four day show in McDonald. They wanted 45 bux a night for
hookups so I stayed at Harrison Bay State Park. Beautiful park on Harrison Lake. Both drive through and back - in sites with Area B all shaded. All
power, water and excellent WiFi. Dump station 100 yards away. This would be a good location for a rally. Then to Anniston Army Depot for a show at
the Talladega racetrack. The track stings the club for RV sites so they're pricey at 50 bucks for 50 amps. I've mentioned the Anniston Army rv camp
recently, it's primo. Mostly homesteaders but they have two or three transient sites with full hookups for $16 a night if you qualify (Retiree, DOD,
etc.) These are the things the GMC is meant for, easy ride and hookup, comfortable stay and a good ride home or on to the next one. We hear so much
bad, we have to tout the good. 4 out of six Coopers on the coach now and the ride is way better than the Firestones.
One minor contretemps, which had naught to do with the coach. Thought I might have a steering problem, coming home from Anniston took a 60 degree
turn on the wheel to track straight, but no pull. Got home and realized I didn't leave the key in the toad. Fortunately, its tyres are up for
replacement in 2500 miles. They now have feathering on the tread edges in front. Stupidity is its own best reward
