Just finished unpacking the coach after our 3 night stay in Wisconsin for our Gmc Summer Rally. Drove 3 hours in a thunderstorm late Thursday night the freeway/construction route.
And came back today the backroad route in good weather.
Again being part of the local club has big benefits. I have not heard the total coach count, but our club packed this campground. We had representation from at least 5 states. Some traveled a distance to attend and crossed multiple state lines, yet others came in from less then an hour.
Local rally is such a great excuse to get out and use the coach, meet and get to know so many gmc owners in person.
Even though there are some coach’s that can have some mechanical difficulties traveling(there was one coach out of maybe 25?? That turned back home due to mechanical) these rallys proved these gmc’s are very capable of travel.
So I would guess average trip
For people was 400
Mile round trip?? One attending had 700 mile round trip, and I know I had 300 mile round trip.
