I was told by Caspro not to use the gasket when using the aluminum
trans pan. They said the gasket insulates the pan from the transmission
and doesn't let it cool as well. They don't supply a gasket with there
aluminum pan.

I installed the regular upper bushings when I rebuilt my front end.
The reason was I had no problem with the driveabilty and saw no reason
to change to offset bushings. I have not driven the coach yet but hope
it will still handle well.
