wondering if anybody knows the part number and availability of the toilet
flange for a Thetford AquaMagic III? i believe this was the standard toilet
put in a 78 Eleganza II, as well as earlier models. i think i'm going to
have to pull the toilet to replace the flush valve (thetford 2029?), since
the flush water keeps running all the time now, full velocity, and i have to
turn off the water pump to stop it. the toilet blade seems to open and
close normally, so i think its the valve that's gone on me, unless anybody
can advise a more optomistic diagnosis and/or easy fix?
thanks!

Greg,
I just replaced the ball valve in my Aqua-Magic III about three weeks
ago. The Repair kit that you want is part no 09989 and includes the
replacement ball valve and a new closet flange seal. Took all of an
hour to remove toilet, replace valve and reinstall toilet with new seal
gasket. The problem that you describe is a common one with a 20+ year
assembly. After I made the repair, I no long had the problems of the
water leaking into the bowl and the pump running. My water system now
holds pressure and I can turn it on in the morning and the pressure is
still there. I know of a RV dealer that has several of the rebuild kit
on his shelf. They run about $35 but the toilet is like new.
