I have seen recommendations for two sizes of tires for 16" wheels:
LT215/85R16
LT225/75R16
Are there any pros/cons between these?
The 225 has a radius that is about 3.5% less than the 215 which will give a
lower overall gear ratio, this to some would be a gain.
Which one is closer to the original size? (speedometer considerations).
Are there any wheel well clearance considerations?
