have always listended to advice and then done what my mind and heart lead
me to do.
I had my D rated steel/poly Bridgestone's on my ugly old GMC for 4 1/2
years gathering 45k miles in the process and never rotated them once.
They wore just as evenly as possible and until I had a tire blow
(driver's side, leading tandem) I only added air occasionally.
What I like about this approach is, if I have an alignment problem it
will show up and I can take action to correct it. By rotating tires the
problem is spread evenly over the other tires, over time and I won't spot
it.
This is what I will do with my new all-steel Bridgestone E rated tires
which already have about 12k miles on them.
