Hi Emery, just my .02 worth! Get rid of the 5 year old "D" rated tires. If you
carry gas and water and propane, a wife and say a couple changes of clothes you
are probably pretty close to load limit. If you don't then you can run less air
pressure. There recommendation is 80PSI but that is fully loaded. These loads
are printed on the side of the tires. You should get you coach weighed, front
right right rear, left front, left rear. Before and after loading. This will
help you in loading properly etc. There is a tire specialist in the GMC world
maybe he could get more light on this subject. I had good tread left on my
michelins 3 to 5/32 nds but the side walls were showing signings of cracks. Chuck

Don Wirth who worked for Goodyear told me to use the G159s and to put 60 in front
and 55 on rear. Seems the front weighs more than rear. Anyway, five pounds less
on rears.

Al......Can the Goodyear G159's be used with the stock wheels or must I change to Alcoas. I'd like to stick with stock..

I remember Don Wirth telling me the original tires were 16.5 and the alcoas need 16 and you cannot put the 16.5 on the
alcoas. I also found that my tires were 7 plus years old and although they looked great, I was asking for trouble. I
changed both and am real, I mean, real happy.
